I am a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), female, age-31 yrs, Graduation-(Hons.) with 71% marks. The CA was done in 1st ateempt, however the marks are less than 55%. Pls clarify if I am eligible to appear for NET, as it is nowhere clear in the eligibility criteris prescribed-whether for professional degrees also, 55% required and whether CA is considered to be equivalent to post graduation. Also, if there is any relaxation on the % of marks scored since securing a CA degree itself is considered good enough across clarification..
